Bluepoint Wind Earth Day Celebration
Yesterday, the Bluepoint Wind team celebrated Earth Day 🌎 alongside Students 2 Science! The team sponsored a wind turbine learning module, where students used materials from KidWind Project, Inc. to design different blade designs and test the output of their turbines in a miniature wind tunnel!

As part of our Earth Month celebration ❤️ 🌎 , the Bluepoint Wind team partnered with United Way of Greater Newark to hold an Earth Day art challenge around the theme, “Newark Through My Eyes.”

CEO John Dempsey was honored at the inaugural Trailblazers: Clean Energy Awards ceremony, presented by City & State NY. The event recognizes organizations and individuals that have contributed to the creation of innovative clean energy technologies, led policy advocacy, and promoted economic development in New York’s renewable energy sector.

Last week, Bluepoint Wind was out and about across #NewJersey sharing information on workforce development with local communities.
On Thursday, Fisheries Liaison Diana Glinos participated in Rutgers University’s Broader Impacts Workshop, where she highlighted Bluepoint Wind’s partnerships with a variety of local stakeholders.
